DIRECT MARKETING and ADVERTISING POLICY
This policy explains how Snappy Tomato Pizza may use your personal information for direct marketing purposes. Direct marketing or advertising is marketing or advertising which is directed at specific individuals as opposed to, for example, a newspaper or radio advertisement which would be marketing/advertising but not direct marketing/advertising as it isn't directed at you as an individual. This Policy does not cover or apply to our Franchisees who are responsible for maintaining their own marketing policies and practices. Please contact your local store for further details if required.

The Direct Marketing or Advertising Snappy Tomato Pizza might want to send to you includes information about our existing or new products and services, special offers and promotions which we think might be of interest to you. These promotions might be applicable to all stores or specific to you and your local store.
